Had particularly good bathroom with walk-in showers. The location was marvellous, secluded. Had a nice coffee at River City Cafe, located 15 minutes walk away.

No complaints, we would come back for sure. It's charming apartment just next door to Iceland met office and the Golden Circle and national park, really enjoyed it.

The whole experience met expectations, I would stay here again. Spent here 3 great nights, no better place to stay. Having kitchenette was a huge help. The building was gorgeous. Location was exceptional, adjacent to the Golden Circle, Iceland and Reykjavík. And I was located in the lake in front of the cottages;))

We had a fantastic stay in Laugarvatn really close to nature as well as Island.

It was stunning near a lake. In fact, the property was so close to most beautiful waterfalls in Europe, Reykjavik and Gullfoss waterfall.

We didn't want to leave, it's cosy place.

Well we enjoyed this place, spent 3 great days here. And thanks to its secluded location it was close to calm feeling of the country, in the area around the Golden Circle and the attractions.

I recently stayed at Austurey Cottages for a few nights and it was absolutely incredible. The modern and clean design of the cabin, along with the beautiful decor, exceeded my expectations. The cabin was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a BBQ for summer guests. The location was stunning, with mountain views and the ability to watch sunsets and sunrises over the lake. It was the perfect place to spot the northern lights and was conveniently situated near attractions like Thingvellir, Gullfoss, and the Geysir area. this was the nicest place I have stayed in a very long time.

The location was absolutely incredible. It was nestled in a beautiful winter landscape, offering stunning views from the windows. The cottage itself was super cosy and perfect for a couple. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

We found the kitchen area to be quite small and not very well equipped. It was difficult to prepare any kind of meals beyond simple ones.
